We all do so -- at work in trouble, or with friends through the "reply all", say some incorrect name or send email to completely wrong person...... But these disrespect, but also a kind of art to depict a perfect E-mail?

1. The first thing finally: "fill" to "field you do last thing." Post said. "So you don't accidentally send your email when it is not ready for it."
2. Never assume: from assuming everything in your email is spelling correct assumption it arrived and was reading the receiver, assuming that "you may well be the biggest faux pas. Post said. "There is one thing one really remember is a mistake!"
3. Began to: when you start an E-mail exchange, use a suitable greetings and a real close, your name, post said. If it is a business contact, and more formal "dear so-and-so lady," rather than "dear Joan." When you see how she her name, then you can start to use signs, "post said.
4. Loudly read: "what the research shows is that when someone reading and writing things, if it is neutral, it gives the impression that: negative; when it is positive, it gives the impression that: neutral," post said, "this is probably why we have started to use so many exclamation mark in the us to write!"
5. To the only truth: "when it comes to E-mail, think about the details: who, what, when and where it is." Post said. "When you directly with the people, this is you can enter the why. And electronic mail, you have no tone or tone change, you can't always heard of humor, the important thing is to put those things, some people need clue to understand where have you come from mail."
6. Think of the recipient's style: "if you send email to business contact, you hope it is professional." Post said. "Would rather lose the friendly, but not too friendly." This means that balance positive and professional, has not been sprinkled on smile, all caps, shorthand language, or more exclamation mark - and certainly no obscenity or frivolous if you in the corporate environment. If your email is a friend, of course, this is a different story.
